This was my first experience working with Diamond Motors and I hope to work with them again. They work hard to bring only the best pre-owned cars onto the lot, take their time with you, and never play typical car sales games or pressure you into a purchase. Chris helped me and made the experience fun and personal. I'm being highly critical and honest, dropping a star in my rating, because there were a few things that didn't go as smoothly as I wanted and required a little more patience on my part along with lowering a few of my expectations. It's a matter of over-promising and under-delivering on minor details that would have not made a difference if they weren't offered in the first place. Altogether, Diamond Motors is a positive, safe, customer centered dealership to find your next ride.
