I had to give 1 star or I would not be able to give a rationale as to why a gave the rating. Mineral King radiology is the only contracted radiology group with Kaweah Delta Hospital. Somehow this radiology group has been able to prevent any competition from existing in VIsalia, CA. This leaves the community with not only a lack of options for price but also a lack of expertise which endangers the lives of those in this community.

The customer service offered here is 100% untrained. I made every effort to make arrangements to pay for the services that I was charged for, however, I was told that I "just didn't want to pay the bill".

If you have any other option please go to Fresno, CA or Bakersfield, ca. If your situation is emergent please ask for a second opinion because you cannot get the best solution to your health problem when outside the box thinking and new expertise is discouraged.
