I needed a simple tow and this guy shows up earlier than scheduled and said I need to be there in less than 5 min or he's gone. When I get there, he's complaining about the position of the car in question. He finally gets the car propped up on his truck and then just takes off without saying anything, despite the fact that I clearly stated I needed to follow him to the shop where the car was to be delivered.
The whole experience was odd and just plain rude.
