My parents switched from Cricket and to Sprint. They told me about their experience that was great. So my fiance and I checked Sprint out for ourselves. We had At&t and the service wasn't so great in the areas we spent our times at. We now get way better service and the customer service was very exceptional. Yes they try to make sales, but it's part of their job. They need to support their families some how. Although I think the girl that works there needs to put more effort in helping, then spend time on her phone. Other than that they were great.
