I purchase a Baby Lock Ovation from them in December 2016 and have gotten terrible customer service. They do not seem to be interested in my business which is fine because I am going someplace else. They are more interested in getting their second store in Bakersfield than they are in their store in Visalia. I had to call a lot to get everything that I was told that I would get and when I didn't call for several weeks because of a family emergence and then called I was told by the female that answered the phone "Oh I thought you had forgotten about that." Not likely I paid a lot of money for that machine and I expect to get everything that I was told I would get. I will go out of county to get the machine serviced when it needs it because these people do not deserve my business.
